Clearance, discounted, or final sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number.
Clear photos or a short video of the product.
A brief description of the issue.
After verification, Ibdealing.online will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or a damaged product.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets our return requirements.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or if the wrong product has been delivered.
